I used to challenge anyone that I could go into any company, look at its layout, operation and personnel, and within 5-10 minutes, I'd be able to spot something that needs to be improved. That is obviously not true when it comes to Autobahn Motors. You're simply the best! When my brake light flashed on my dashboard on the way down from Reno, I was concerned. But I did not stop at any place on the way, because I wanted to bring it to you. Autobahn Motors is the only place I have full confidence in to service my E-320. That's why after 10 plus years, it still runs beautifully my daughter says it's like "riding on a cloud!" Thank you again for the pleasurable experience. Also as I told my advisor, Mr. Gus Costas, that my wife likes your coffee so much that sometimes she wants to stop by just to sit in the waiting room and have some coffee. Gus said to come on in! Thank you again for the excellent experience. Oh, and the price was okay, too.

Dear Mike,

 

I just wanted to relay to you our very positive buying experience at Autobahn Motors. We shopped online and in person at a number of other Mercedes dealerships and found the experience with Autobahn and in particular with Jalil "Jay" Oskoui to be the best. The most compelling evidence of that fact is now in my driveway!

 

This was my first Mercedes purchase and Jay was more of an educator, than he seemed a salesman. I'm sure I tested his patience with all my questions, but he certainly never let that be known in any way and answered my questions with professionalism, and when it called for it, with humor!

 

I'm in sales so I am not put off as much by the pressure tactics of --- or some of the others, but my wife is. Jay made us feel welcome and even after the dealership was closed, and he had to be tired, he patiently took the time to make sure we understood the functioning of the car before our 150 mile trip back to the Sacramento area.

 

We began our shopping intending on replacing my wifes Lexus with another Lexus but instead of that car, my wife has instead a beautiful piece of "drivable jewelry".

I was shopping for a Mercedes the other day and visited a few Mercedes dealers in the Bay Area, including yours. I ended up buy a car from your branch, not only because I found what I was looking for, but also because of your employee, Jake Tran.

He was very knowledgeable, cordial, friendly and patient. Furthermore, after closing business, I told Jake that I had to come back to pick up the car, as I was by myself and could not drive two vehicles at the same time. With no hesitation, he offered me to deliver the car at my house in San Francisco, on his personal time.

Jake provided me a first class service, from the beginning to the very end. So far it has been the best service I have ever received at a car dealer shop.

He truly exceeded my expectations.

Purchased a 2005 C240.  Franz Krieg was awesome to deal with.  We test drove a few different pre-owned cars, when I found the one I liked, he had no problem with me taking it to get looked at by a third-party Mercedes mechanic.  He gave me plenty of time to decide, no high pressure tactics, and even had another customer - who clearly had a budget about 9 times mine - wait while we finished.

I would definitely purchase another vehicle from here.  Hopefully, I don't need to for a while.
