Our scrutiny is your peace of mind

 
Only you, or someone authorized by you, can order a supplemental or replacement key for your Mercedes-Benz. In order to request a key, Autobahn Motors requires proof of identity and vehicle ownership with original purchase documents, including the following*:

If you are the current owner of the vehicle:
-The vehicle's current state registration
-A current state issued identification card, drivers license or passport

If you are an authorized person:
-The vehicle's current state registration
-A current state issued identification card, drivers license or passport for the authorized individual.
-Signed and dated authorization from the owner of the vehicle for which the key is being requested.

Activating your new key:
Once you, or an authorized person has provided the appropriate documents, Autobahn Motors will need to synchronize the key to your vehicle before it can be used.  In order to do so the vehicle must be brought to the dealer. 

 

Please note; Mercedes-Benz keys can only be ordered through an Authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer, like Autobahn Motors in Belmont California.
