Purchased a 2005 C240.  Franz Krieg was awesome to deal with.  We test drove a few different pre-owned cars, when I found the one I liked, he had no problem with me taking it to get looked at by a third-party Mercedes mechanic.  He gave me plenty of time to decide, no high pressure tactics, and even had another customer - who clearly had a budget about 9 times mine - wait while we finished.

I would definitely purchase another vehicle from here.  Hopefully, I don't need to for a while.

Recently bought a car here from Adam Locke, Adam was very responsive from the start and was very helpful through the entire process of purchasing a car.  He made a painful process of buying a car a very simple one.   Although we walked in very casually dressed we were not treated any different.  Adam is a very likeable guy and was honest from the beginning.  I would definitely refer Adam to anyone who is looking to purchase a car.

I recently went car shopping with an old college friend.  We ended up here because I recommended to at least check out the MBZ as he was set on one of those fugly overrated 3-series BMWs.  Ya, ya, it's   just my opinion.  
Salesman was Informative & NOT pushy (highly untypical of a car dealership, I know)
Yelp seems to be packed with people who bark loud. You've gotta take reviews with some objectivity and sometimes see for yourself.

I'd return to Autobahn. :)

Came in to buy parts.  Gentleman at the parts office was very knowledgeable with my inquiries.  Got out in less than 10 minutes.  While on my way out, service manager/technician who led me to the parts office offered to help me carry my items.  Now that is awesome customer service.

Autobahn motors provided my wife and I a new car in a very laid back atmosphere when obtaining financing.  This is our third car from them and they take a genuine interest in you and want to exceed your expectations.  I have bought cars at Rector Audi and toyota; however, the experience at Autobahn is very relaxing, professional, and something to actually look forward to.  Like most people I did my homework--researched rebates in effect, existing buy rate  money factors in effect for the month I wanted to buy/lease, prepared myself mentally for a 1 hour negotiation like you have to with other dealers, etc; however, Mercedes strives to go that extra mile and provide you with the best deal, rebates, interest rate up front-no tricks here.  I could tell all salesmen work as a team,  as all were helpful.  Personally my wife and I  worked with Joseph whom we've worked with our past 2 cars. Definitely worth the drive to buy/ lease from Autobahn, your highway to a new Mercedes!

From our sales person J. to our service rep Burt they could not have been more helpful.  Brian, the used car manager, went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with our decision!!

Even David got involved and the new car manager!  You would have thought we were making a $60,000 purchase not a $23,000. deal.

 

Since my husband works in the service industry we know how important the customer experience is, he has taken a stack of J's business cards and believe me whomever he comes across will hear about our wonderful experience!!
